Rescheduling & Cancellations

We value your time and commitment, and these policies help ensure consistency and fairness for all students.

Cross and Compass Education maintains a no-cancellation policy and requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests.

  • Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.

  • A rescheduled session may not be rescheduled a second time

  • All canceled sessions are non-refundable and charged at the full session rate

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to make the most of each session. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for makeup sessions.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be granted at the tutor’s discretion in the case of serious illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tutor Cancellations

If a session must be canceled by the tutor, it will be rescheduled at a time that is convenient for the student at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once a package has been purchased. To ensure the right fit, we encourage new clients to begin with a trial session at our standard hourly rate before committing to a package. In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for serious illness, death, or other emergencies at our discretion.

Service Guarantee

We are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and meaningful academic support; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in student performance.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to maintain a productive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
