5. Cancellations and Refunds
Canceled sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) results in forfeiture of the session fee.
Arrival of 15+ minutes will be considered “no-show”.
Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion unless otherwise stated

6. Scheduling and Availability
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
We are not responsible for missed sessions due to:
- User scheduling errors
- Time zone confusion
- Failure to attend
We may reschedule sessions when necessary.
7. Academic Integrity
Our services are intended to support learning and understanding.
You agree not to use our services for academic dishonesty, including:
- Completing assignments, exams, or assessments on your behalf
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for violations.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Violation may result in immediate termination.
